Warning Casino Token Affiliate Program

With browser based gaming being popular these days. And, with a large influx of White Label Casinos popping up, people need to be cautious. I refer to White Labels, as a poor man’s casino. Most are underfunded, worse, managed by inexperienced (greenhorn) operators. In this highly competitive industry, the casualties of these poorly managed, and underfunded casinos, are both affiliates and players. Sadly, a new white label casino, CasinoToken.com, has taken the above issues, to an entirely new, and unethical level.

  1. 3’rd March 2018 – affiliate joined Casino Token affiliate program;
  2. Generated partner profile (default rev-share) and started promoting CasinoToken.com
  3. 5’th March 2018 – made contact with his affiliate manager to discuss higher rev-share deal;
  4. Established 1 month 40% rev-share trial, with Casino Token affiliate manager;
  5. Period of 40% (1 month) rev-share trial: 06.03.2018 to 06.04.2018.
  6. 7’th March 2018 – affiliate asks why account not updated to 40% rev-share?
  7. 9’th March 2018 – affiliate manager states 40%, but account not updated till 13.03.2018
  8. When affiliate hadn’t received commission payments, contacted Casino Token Aff Manager;
  9. told no payment from 03.03.2018 to 13.03.2018, 13’th March 2018 on-wards.

Casino Token Terminates Affiliate’s Contract

Numerous emails had been sent by this affiliate to his CasinoToken.com affiliate manager, requesting commission payments. However no payment(s) were received. It was clear, Casino Token had scammed him. With still no payments received, and couple of heated exchanges, CasinoToken.com terminated this guy’s affiliate contract. This is when he took his grievance about the Casino Token Affiliate Program to AGD (Affiliate Guard Dog Forum).

CasinoToken.com Shill and other Dodgy Acts

A couple of days after this casino affiliates posted his grievance to AGD, a newly signed-up forum member (Megan), adds a thread post. She claimed to be an affiliate for Casino Token, and went on to say how fantastic they are. In addition, Megan used a cut-down-image of the CasinoToken mascot, as her AGD avatar. It was pretty clear that ‘Megan” was a shill.

Megan is most probably an employee of Casino Token – Casinotoken.com is owned and operated by Direx N.V., a company registered and established under the laws of Curacao and its wholly owned subsidiary, Direx Limited, registered address Stasinou 1, MITSI Building 1, 1st Floor, Flat/Office 4, Plateia Eleftherias, Nicosia, Cyprus.

NB – the registered address for Direx Limited (aka Direx N.V.), is shared by a number of other casinos, all operating under Direx Limited. (Google reference to Direx Limited Cyprus Address)

Are Direx N.V. Casinos Trustworthy?

Most of the Direx N.V. casinos above, I’ve never heard of. All accept CasinoToken.com, LadyHammerCasino.com, and GunsBetCasino.com. These came to my attention, due to unethical business practices. Furthermore, taking a random cross section of these casinos T&C’s, the 25/05/2018 seems to be a widely used validity date, for the aforementioned T&C’s. In addition, it should also be pointed out, the bonus terms and conditions, along with general T&C’s, are, some of the worst I’ve seen in 18+ years as a casino affiliate. Point in question, CasinoToken.com demands that all non-bonus-deposits are wagered a minimum of 5x the deposit value, before a player can withdrawal. That screams clip-joint casino, right there!

Straight Deposit (non bonus) T&C at CasinoToken.com
7.10.7 When deposit is made but no registration freespins, welcome bonus freespins, match bonus or any other bonus has been taken, the deposit money is liable to a 5x wagering necessity.

The T&C’s relating to bonuses, freespins, and or any type of free chip credit at CasinoToken.com, is subject to 50x wagering. But, when reading the numerous Bonus Terms and Conditions; most clauses are badly written; if not purposely ambiguous.

Free-spins given in addition to a deposit bonus, are hobbled with yet another 50x wagering.

Warning – a player could find themselves trapped into 100x wager, on the combined bonus and free slot spins awarded. I personally view the T&C’s at CasinoToken.com as down-right dodgy. I wouldn’t play there, and I’d strongly suggest, no one else does either.

Seems Direx N.V. operated casinos, are ethically challenged in fair-play – a phrase, ironically these casinos play on.
