All Rival Powered Casinos Blacklisted

One the 19’th March 2015, another Tropica Casino withdrawal confiscated complaint started at AGD. The excuse given, breaching clauses 5.9 & 5.10. However neither of these clauses are included; set-out; displayed or even mentioned, on the promotional-bonus-claim-page for the 300% bonus, this player claimed. Yet another Rival White Label Casino, using FU-Clauses, to steal rightful winnings!

  • 5.9 Promotions where a Percentage Match Bonus up to 1000% is granted, the Max bet is 10% of the Deposit Amount and 20% on Blackjack (including Doubling Down, Splitting).
  • 5.10 If you choose an offer of 100% or more, then you cannot wager on 1 game only. Your wagering needs to be spread across a minimum of 10 different games. Please note that the reason for this is to prevent churning away wagering requirements on 1 game on auto-play.

NB – 5.10, One game or 10 different slots makes no difference, to churning a bonus. Only increases the chances of the player losing. EG – one game it hot and the other 9 are cold. Textbook, clip-joint bonus term!

Rival White Labels Use Rival Support Services

Even since Rival casino software was released in 2006 and their subsquent, in-house, generic support, its been one drama after another. I’ve lost count to the numerous players accused of being bonus abusers & or advatange players. More lame excuses Rival Customer support uses to confiscate legitimate winnings. In a similar ironic vein to the FU-Clauses, these players were inticed with and offered these bonuses. When they accepted them, they’re label bonus abusers – ya gota to be shittin’ me!

There has also been hundreds of complaints leveled at Rival’s in-house, genric customer support. Abrasive, unprofessional, arrogant, to down-right rude and libelous. Seems Rival casino customers, are subjected to poor behavior. Worse, it doesn’t seem out-of-bounds for Rival generic support to act in a shockingly bad manner.

Rival Casinos Are Powered by Rival Software

This is what it all comes down to, right here. I’ve found from past experiences; maybe you have too. Dealing with large companies who treat customer poorly, this bad attitude usually flows down from the head-of-the-snake, to its tail. It’s akin to a ‘Monkey see, Monkey do’ attitude.

To throw some light on this opinion, back in 2009, a B2B deal between T2 Marketing and Rival went sour.

Subsquently, T2 Marketing commenced Litigation against Rival itself and its other subsidiaries/associates including Black Chip, Gaming Solutions and Unified Support Systems to a software outfit titled 6300511 Canada Inc. T2 Marketing also named four (4) Canadian persons, connected to these allegations. This all unfolded in the Quebec Superior Court (Civil Division) on Case No: 500-17-046150-085.

However a Rival executive, denied all allegations. Well, the Quebec Superior Court (Civil Division) ruled otherwise. Rival was ordered to pay T2 Marketing somewhere in the region of $500,000.

Tampering with Rival Blackjack Game

Back in March 2010, a player posted to the CasinoMeister Forum, claiming the blackjack game at Tradition casino, was rigged. You can view that entire thread here, Rival Blackjack Rigged. To cut a long story short. Instead of this player being paid 3:2 odds for Blackjack, he was only being paid odds of 1:1.

When the dust settled on page 40 of the forum, the Rival Software Powered Tradition Casino, had been blacklisted by numerous affiliates and casino watchdog sites. At that point, and after numerous drama’s such confiscated winnings; FU-Clauses; and even threats to players, DOCH decided it was time, issue a warning on Rival White Label Casinos Warning and subsequently, blacklist the lot of them.

Rival Powered Slots – Free Spins MIA

October 2009, CasinoMeister Members at different Rival casinos; Superior, Cash O’ Lot and Vegas Regal Casino, got more than they bargined for, when they hit the free spin features on Rival slot machines. Instead of receiving the usual 10 free spins, these players were awarded one (1) single free spin, (view thread).

Rival White Labels & Privately Owned Casinos

Rival powered casinos have always been a curious bunch. Part of this mystery is because some are privately owned casinos and others are Rival White Labels. Trying to figure out which is which, and who owns what, has proved to be an almost impossible task for players, affiliates and even a seasoned old timer, like myself.

These Rival White Labels, are, in my opinion, a poor excuse for a casino. They throw up a website, market to players and use a Rival Template to design player promotions. With regard to bonus offers, these White Label’s use generic terms directly feed from Rival and inserted into their promotional bonus claim pages. Rival White Label casinos are nothing more than glorified affiliates. At the end of the day, Rival calls the shots!

This baffling confusion looks like this:

  • Privately owned casinos which are Rival Powered.
  • Rival White Label casinos owned by Rival et al – but operated by glorified affiliates.
  • Rival (aka Bonne Chance Group) et al owned casinos.
  • Rival Casino Software;
  • Rival Customer Support Sevices.
  • Pantasia Casino – owned by Rival & also name of their payment processor.

Trying to figure out which is which, and who owns what, has proved to be an almost impossible task for players, affiliates and even a seasoned old timer, like myself.

Point in question. I was given the distinct impression, by the owner of Tropica Casino, it was privately owned. When in fact, it’s a Rival White Label. Because of all this confusion, not withstanding all the complaints. In addtion to the fact Rival et al, should be setting an example, instead of providing woefully bad services to its casino customers. And adding, the above Rival Software issues to the mix.

In light of all this, and with the latest FU-Clauses used by Tropica Casino to steal a player rightful winnings, DOCH has decided to completely Blacklist All Rival Powered Casinos, with immediate affect.

I have no idea which of these are truly Rival White Labels and which are privately owned brands. However in the words of the Tropica Casino Manager, Dieter, in reply to the player who had his winnings confiscated…
